As a transformation leader, my skills allow me to drive digital transformation and optimize operations. My main experiences being around HR operations, I have developed over the years a clear understanding of other functions in international consulting organizations and in the aerospace and defence industry.
Database
Regarding data management, I have been thoroughly designing a Microsoft Dataverse as an efficient way of storing and organizing HR-related information, while simultaneously guaranteeing its accuracy, security, and accessibility for HR teams and employees alike. After a technology stack change, that database was effectively designed, developed and moved to Microsoft Azure.
Project Management
With my experience in program and project management through agile or waterfall methodologies, I possess the capabilities necessary to efficiently plan, execute and deliver technology-driven HR initiatives. This involves overseeing timelines, resources and stakeholders in order to ensure successful project outcomes.
Benchmarking
Market and tool benchmarking is one of my passion, conducting extensive research and analysis to identify best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends that influence decision making processes and keep HR operations at the forefront of innovation.

RPA
Designing and creating RPA (Robotic Process Automation) bots using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate and BluePrism allows for the automation of repetitive tasks, streamlining processes and improving operational efficiencies.

I’m taking great pleasure in designing and developing descriptive and predictive analytics, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision making and advance improvement of HR processes and practices. I enjoy designing and creating Microsoft Power BI dashboards to present HR data in an informative yet actionable manner, which enables HR teams and executive leaders to make more informed decisions.

Prompt engineering is another skill I am developing through academic trainings, enabling the efficient and effective design of prompts or conversational flows for chatbots, virtual assistants, or any other app, to ensure seamless user interactions and maximized user experiences.
Artificial Intelligence
Utilizing IBM Watson products, I was exposed in creating, fine tuning and deploying chatbots as well as being part of the deployment of AI for screening and sourcing tools to optimize recruitment processes. These technologies significantly boost candidate experience and optimize recruitment procedures by reducing time for screening.
SuccessFactors
As a SuccessFactors professional, I have been fortunate to be involved on the global deployment of various modules including recruitment, onboarding and Core HR – this ensuring seamless integration between systems and maximizing the benefits of using SuccessFactors for HR operations.
Change Management
Change impact management is another area of interest that allows me to analyze the possible ramifications of technology implementations on an organization and its employees. By conducting impact evaluation, I am able to implement proactive change management and address potential obstacles as early as possible.
Extended Reality
I like to explore and keep up to date about evolution in extended reality (AR/MR/VR) solutions and hardware to boost employee training, engagement, and collaboration experiences.
Web 3.0
I can design uses cases using gamifications concepts where metaverses could be leveraged and where a strong focus on data privacy also needs to be articulated. I further grew a strong interest in blockchain technology and participated a designathon hosted by the Ministry for Digitalisation of Luxembourg and EBSI (European Blochain Service Infrastructure).

I am enjoying working on salary benchmark design, data collection, and consolidation exercises to ensure compensation packages align with industry standards and meet both candidate and organization needs. Furthermore, my approach to benefits and compensation strategy allows for attractive yet competitive packages to increase employee satisfaction and retention rates, while staying alingned with overall company expectations and target margin goals.
